National Savings Organization designed a new plan for students by launching a One hundred Rupees bond by the name of Students Welfare Bond. This will be offered from Nov 16^th, 2012 at Post offices, National Saving Centers and all commercial banks. The 1^st prize of this Prize Bond will be Rupees 700,000/- however 2^nd and 3^rd prizes are Rupees 200,000/- and Rupees 1,000/- respectively will be given to lucky winners.

1^st lucky draw of this bond will be held on Feb 15^th, 2013. This Rupees 100 Prize bond is designed for youth that is the 62% of the entire population of our country.

In the meantime SBP has said that older notes of Rupees 500/- may be replaced until 1^st  Oct – Monday, from any commercial bank.
